• Times listed on the calendar do not necessarily represent meeting times.  Times may represent the time required to set-up prior to meeting OR to indicate that the room is unavailable because it has been setup for a particular function.  (i.e.  room may be reserved all day if it has been prepared/decorated for graduation or school program.)
