FOREVER PARISHIONERS SOCIETY

The Forever Parishioners Society has been established to recognize the generosity of those who make a planned gift to benefit Corpus Christi. Planned gifts, made as part of financial and/or estate planning, are a tangible way to express your commitment to the future of Corpus Christi.

Anyone making a planned gift to Corpus Christi will be acknowledged as member of the Forever Parishioners Society.

An endowment fund includes money and other donated gifts (e.g., stock, life insurance, property) which are invested to produce perpetual income for a particular purpose.

PLANNED GIFTS

Types of Planned gifts you can make to be a member of Forever Parishioners Society:

  • Naming the parish in my will
  • Naming the parish as beneficiary of an insurance policy
  • Naming the parish in a trust
  • Naming the parish as a beneficiary of a retirement plan
  • Establishing a charitable gift annuity
  • Contributing a minimum of $1,000 to an existing endowment or establishing a new endowment ($5,000 minimum gift).

Current Corpus Christi Endowments:

  • Corpus Christi Forever Parishioners Endowment (to be used for the general support of Corpus Christi Parish including Corpus Christi Catholic Church and School)
  • Corpus Christi Parish Endowment (to be used for the general support of Corpus Christi Catholic Church)
  • Fr. James Blessinger Corpus Christi Church Endowment (to be used for the maintenance and improvements for the Corpus Christi Catholic Church buildings and the purchase of items as needed for liturgical celebrations)
  • Andrew J, Sr and Dorothy L Koressel Family Endowment (to be used for tuition assistance for students, from Corpus Christi Parish to attend Corpus Christi School, and assistance with reduced cost lunches for families who are in need but do not qualify for the Federal free or reduced lunch program at Corpus Christi School)
  • Grace Elizabeth Cox Endowment (to be used for the general purposes of Corpus Christi School)
