BAPTISM
Parents wanting to have their children baptized at Corpus Christi must be registered and active parishioners. Godparents must be confirmed Catholic, at least 17 years old, and in good standing with the Church. For older children and adults, there are special classes for students preparing for this sacrament.
Contact the Parish Office to arrange an appointment with Deacon Tom Goebel at 812-422-2027.
FIRST COMMUNION & RECONCILIATION
Children entering 2nd grade or older can enter into Sacramental preparation for First Reconciliation and First Eucharist.
Programs are provided through the School or Religious Education Formation. Older Children and adults can contact Cecilia at the parish office.
CONFIRMATION
Confirmation is the sacrament that completes the grace we receive in Baptism. It seals, or confirms this grace through the seven Gifts of the Holy Spirit that we receive as part of Confirmation.
This sacrament also makes us better able to participate in the worship and apostolic life of the Church. Like Baptism, Confirmation is received only once in a person’s life. Through Jesus, we receive the Gifts of the Holy Spirit in the Sacrament of Confirmation.
